The Mandalorian: Season 1 recap preps you for the Season 2 premiere

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

Let's face it, you know that you plan on watching The Mandalorian's Season 2 premiere this Friday. This is the way. Now, even if you have seen the first season once, or even a dozen times, you need to watch this recap immediately. I have spoken. Clocking in at less than two minutes, this clip is a vital refresher for anyone who wants to be ready for the further adventures of Din Jarren and The Child as they traverse the galaxy trying to find the remaining Jedi while eluding the dastardly Moff Gideon and his wicked intentions.

As the brief recap video plays on, we find The Mandalorian (Pedro Pascal) accepting a new and fortuitous bounty, which then turns out to be The Child, or as you and I refer to him, Baby Yoda. Shortly thereafter, we find the Mandalorian accepting a little help from his friends, including Nick Nolte's Kuiil, Carl Weathers' Greef Karga, Gina Carano's Cara Dune, and Giancarlo Esposito's Moff Gideon. You think you know The Mandalorian inside and out, but it never hurts to brush up on the facts before the show's next exciting chapter arrives this Friday, October 30th.
