Hong Kong’s Universe Films Distribution has signed a deal with Grindstone Entertainment for the North American distribution rights for CHILD’S EYE, a 3D Asian film from Pang Brothers (THE EYE). Release details are unknown at this point, but Grndstone’s releases usually hit DVD through Lionsgate.
The article at Screen Daily also reveals that Danny and Oxide Pang are preparing a “contemporary horror about an exorcist” for Universe Films. The project has a budget of $4.5 million and is scheduled to start shooting in the last quarter of the year.
