A pretty intense teaser trailer has been released for GREEN ROOM, the upcoming crime thriller from BLUE RUIN director Jeremy Saulnier. The film will follow "a young punk rock band who find themselves trapped in a secluded venue after stumbling upon a horrific act of violence, fighting for their lives against a gang of white power skinheads," with Patrick Stewart playing the leader of the gang, and the cast also includes the likes of Anton Yelchin, Imogen Poots, Macon Blair and Alia Shawkat.

I've been keeping an eye on the movie ever since it was first announced (mostly due to Stewart and Saulnier's involvement), and Chris Bumbray was very impressed with the director's BLUE RUIN follow-up, giving it a 9/10. Are you digging this first trailer for GREEN ROOM?
GREEN ROOM will see a limited release in the U.S. on April 1, 2016 before going wide on April 15th, and is scheduled to open in the U.K. on May 13th.
