Swamp Thing drops stylish poster to commemorate move to CW!

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

SWAMP THING was a big-budget streaming series produced by James Wan that premiered on the DC Universe app, only to be cancelled before the first season even finished airing. It was about,

the life of a botanist transformed into a human avatar of all the plant life on Earth and his long quest to regain his humanity as he defends the world from supernatural threats.

However, SWAMP THING may be getting a second chance, as its first season will now be airing on CW this fall, presumably to track interest and see if a second season is financially viable. And, hey, CW saved CBS's SUPERGIRL from extinction, so it's indeed possible it could save SWAMP THING as well. Here's hoping…because maybe then he can also join in on the sweet crossovers.

Meanwhile, SWAMP THING's official Twitter account released a cool new poster to celebrate the occasion, which you can check out below:

But what do you guys think? Fans of the SWAMP THING show? If so, how do you feel about it on CW? Either way, sound off below!
