The final, final trailer for Pacific Rim focuses more on the humans than the machines

Even though the final (yes, I know) trailer for PACIFIC RIM focuses on the human aspect, you still get a healthy does of robot on monster action.

We find out that the mechs bond with their human co-pilots. There’s also more insight (at least a little) to Charlie Hunnam‘s character along with Idris Elba‘s. Turns out that Elba asks Hunnam to come join the fight. But it seems that Hunnam may have some sort of shady past that makes him believe he wasn’t the first choice for the job. I guess we will find out soon enough.
