The new trailer for Saved By The Bell is so excited and just can’t hide it!

Peacock has unveiled a new trailer for their upcoming SAVED BY THE BELL revival that's got more pep than Kelly Kapowski at a Bayside Tigers game. In the footage, fans of the franchise are reintroduced to the overachieving activist Jessie Spano, who's once again played by Elizabeth Berkley Lauren. Now working as a guidance counselor at Bayside High, Jessie patrols the halls alongside Mario Lopez's AC Slater, who also works at the school as Bayside's resident gym teacher.

I've no doubt that fans of the series are going to be very excited about Peacock's latest promo as it features plenty of callbacks to the original show, including a hilarious gag that sees Jessie snatching a bottle full of caffeine pills away from Zack Morris’ son, Mac (Mitchell Hoog).

“At first, they’re so exciting. And then it gets even more exciting,” Jessie warns her student Daisy, a new member of the cast played by franchise newcomer Haskiri Velazquez. “But after that, it gets so scary. And in the end, you ruin your girl group’s shot at a recording contract.”

As the trailer plays on, we see the latest generation of Bayside High getting up to all manners of mischief. In addition to throwing wild pajama parties and slacking off in class, we also see the gang grabbing burgers at the Max, which if my eyes don't deceive me, is still owned and operated by Ed Alonzo's magician manager, Max.

In recent times, it was announced that original series star Mark-Paul Gosselaar will reprise his iconic role as Zack Morris for multiple episodes of the revival. How he'll approach his son's shenanigans after 26 years of reflecting on his sociopathic deeds as a teenager is anyone's guess, but you can bet that fans are going to be eager to find out.
