The Strangers return on the poster for The Strangers: Prey at Night

The Strangers: Prey at Night Johannes Roberts Bailee Madison

This past summer, I was lucky enough to spend some time on the set of the long-awaited follow-up to the 2008 film THE STRANGERS, director Johannes Roberts' THE STRANGERS: PREY AT NIGHT. While the details of that set visit will be coming at a later date, today we have something very cool to share – the sites that took part in the set visit opportunity have been given the first look at the new poster for the film. A poster that features the characters fans of THE STRANGERS have been waiting almost ten years to see again – the strangers themselves.

Written by Bryan Bertino (writer/director of THE STRANGERS) and Ben Ketai, PREY AT NIGHT has the following synopsis:

A family’s road trip takes a dangerous turn when they arrive at a secluded mobile home park to stay with some relatives and find it mysteriously deserted. Under the cover of darkness, three masked psychopaths pay them a visit to test the family’s every limit as they struggle to survive. Johannes Roberts directs this horror film inspired by the 2008 smash hit THE STRANGERS.

The film stars Christina Hendricks, Martin Henderson, Bailee Madison, and Lewis Pullman, with Damian Maffei, Emma Bellomy, and Lea Enslin as the strangers.

THE STRANGERS: PREY AT NIGHT is set to reach theatres on March 9, 2018.
