Three friends attend the biggest drug party of the year in The Binge trailer

Binge Day is close at hand and there's no better way to prepare than to check out the new official trailer for Hulu's upcoming original comedy THE BINGE from American High.

Led by Skyler Gisondo, Dexter Darden, Eduardo Franco, and Vince Vaughn, THE BINGE is set in a time where all drugs and alcohol are illegal. In fact, the only day anyone can participate in the "fun" is on Binge Day. So what do you do when that day finally comes? You gather your closest friends and embark on a drug-fueled adventure that'll leave you with a hangover until the next Binge, that's what!

Directed by Jeremy Garelick (THE WEDDING RINGER) from a screenplay written by Jordan VanDina, THE BINGE also stars Grace Van Dien, Tony Cavalero, Zainne Saleh, Marta Piekarz, Esteban Benito, Brittany Garms, Natalie Goldberg, Affion Crockett, Elon Gold, Jessica Kirson, Godfrey, and Eileen Galindo.

As someone who's thrown any number "fun" parties back in the day, I must confess that I sympathize with the three young men in this film, whose desire it is to get completely wasted for one unforgettable evening. I can't imagine my adolescence without a couple of harsh lessons learned on account of throwing local concerts in my parents' basement while they were vacationing in Jamaica. Those were good times, and every teen deserves their shot at defiance, even when that act of rebellion involves an evening of drug-addled debauchery. Just be smart about it, okay? Plan accordingly, and try to have at least one sober friend on-hand to calm the party gods if they get too out of control.

THE BINGE premieres Friday, August 28, only on Hulu.
