HIGH RISE follows a young doctor (Tom Hiddleston) who moves into a sprawling high-rise which operates under a rigid social hierarchy, with the top floors being home to the elite, while lower floors house the working class. While we received some new images and poster yesterday, today sees the release of the latest trailer and shows us exactly how life in the high-rise goes. Take a look!
The trailers thus far have hit the kind of tone I love to see in films like this. Movies like HIGH RISE and SNOWPIERCER may paint social hierarchies in broad strokes, but that doesn't make them any less fascinating or effective. If Bumbray's review is any indication (take a look here), Hiddleston has another excellent film to add to his name. Now if we could only receive a US release date…
HIGH RISE will open in UK theaters on March 18, 2016.
