Last Updated on August 2, 2021

Video game adaptations have rarely lit the cinematic world on fire and with Hollywood’s latest attempt to cross over a video game franchise into a movie counterpart with TOMB RAIDER, it only felt appropriate to cast our minds back to the first time the property was adapted to the big screen. In 2001, LARA CROFT: TOMB RAIDER was released, with Angelina Jolie stepping into the well worn boots of the dual pistol wielding Lara Croft. Regardless, we turn our attention not to Angelina Jolie fighting a robot, but to the Top 5 Movie Mistakes in LARA CROFT: TOMB RAIDER, from nonsensical icicles to magical pistols, we’ve got it covered!
