Analeigh Tipton Compulsion

Director Craig Goodwill's film COMPULSION caught our attention when it was announced under the title SADIE back in September of 2015, but we haven't heard much about it since. Now it's back on our radar in a major way, as the film is starting to be released in territories around the globe.

Already available in the UK, Germany, and Japan, COMPULSION is set to be released in the US, Scandinavia, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand on March 15th. In anticipation of that date, we have the trailer to share, and it's embedded below.

Scripted by Brian Clark, the film stars Analeigh Tipton, Marta Gastini, Jakob Cedergren, Nina Senicar, Anita Kravos, and Jan Bijvoet, and has been described as a mixture of EYES WIDE SHUT with Argento-style horror. The story follows

Sadie (Tipton), a budding erotic novelist, is enticed by an ex-lover to join him and an enigmatic woman named Francesca at an Italian Villa. Once there, Sadie is confronted by the demons of her past as she becomes embroiled in a surreal game of murder and betrayal.

The trailer features some great imagery that has me very interested in seeing this movie. Thankfully, there's only a couple more days to wait before it's available for viewing.
