Director Seth Breedlove's upcoming horror documentary THE MOTHMAN LEGACY will be released via Small Town Monsters in Fall 2020. And today we have the film's trailer and poster to share with you guys. Check out the trailer up top and the poster below and then let us know what you think! 

Written by Breedlove and narrated by Lyle Blackburn, the film follows this synopsis:  

Many believe the Mothman to be a 1960's phenomenon, an omen only appearing before tragedy, and disappearing after a flap of sightings and the subsequent Silver Bridge collapse in 1967.  But what if there's more?  What if the origins of this omen trace back much further and go much deeper than anyone realized?  And what if…the sightings never ended?

For those that might not know, there is an underrated Mothman movie called THE MOTHMAN PROPHECIES you need to check out starring Richard Gere, Laura Linney, Will Patton, and Debra Messing. The supernatural thriller focused on

a journalist whose wife experienced a strange moth-like vision immediately before she was killed in a car accident. Two years later, driving to an interview, he suddenly finds himself hundreds of miles out of his way in the remote town of Point Pleasant, where there has been a proliferation of `mothman' sightings. His research concludes that the visions are omens of disaster.

THE MOTHMAN PROPHECIES was directed by Mark Pellington (ARLINGTON ROAD, I MELT WITH YOU) and produced by Gary W. Goldstein, Gary Lucchesi, and Tom Rosenberg from a screenplay written by Richard Hatem based on the book by John Keel. It starred Richard Gere with Laura Linney, Will Patton, Debra Messing, Lucinda Jenney, and Alan Bates. Screen Gems released it back on January 25, 2002. BUY IT HERE.
