Who is CARRIE? There’s a town telling rumors in this new teaser for the film.
That’s basically what the trailer is– a slow reveal of the title character.
I’m going to be honest here, it kind of freaked me out a little. Usually I can call bullshit on a horror movie, and while it is still early, the teaser does a great job of making the final product look promising. Chloë Grace Moretz has certainly made a name for herself in her career as a young actres. The girl is only fifteen, and seems to be etching out a sort of Jodie Foster pathway for herself. CARRIE is an iconic horror film for fans as well as a cherished Stephen King novel. Will Moretz top Sissy Spacek? With this being a different take on the material as the original film, it will still be hard not to compare the two.
