Indie icon director Jim Jarmusch is currently in production on his latest feature, a zombie comedy called THE DEAD DON'T DIE. There aren't any plot details available for the project just yet, but what we do know is that Jarmusch has assembled a hell of a cast for it – an ensemble that largely consists of actors he has worked with before.

The stars of THE DEAD DON'T DIE include Bill Murray, Adam Driver, Chloe Sevigny, Tilda Swinton, Steve Buscemi, and Selena Gomez.

Of course, Murray has experience working on comedies that mix the laughs with horrific creatures – it's interesting that he finds himself in another zombie comedy at the same time his ZOMBIELAND co-stars are gearing up to come back for a "10 years later" sequel to that film.

Jarmusch and Murray previously worked together on the films COFFEE AND CIGARETTES, BROKEN FLOWERS, and THE LIMITS OF CONTROL. Driver played the title character in Jarmusch's PATERSON. Sevigny was in BROKEN FLOWERS, as was Swinton. Buscemi was in COFFEE AND CIGARETTES, as well as Jarmusch's DEAD MAN and MYSTERY TRAIN. This will be Gomez's first time appearing in a Jarmusch film.

THE DEAD DON'T DIE will be distributed by Focus Features and Universal Pictures International.
