Continuing its presence at the forefront of VOD distribution is IFC Midnight, which just scooped North American rights to Franck Khalfoun’s remake of 1980 video-nasty MANIAC. Only problem is we’re still not sure when the company will exhibit the picture. Get on it IFC!

Just when the streets seemed safe, a serial killer with a fetish for scalps is back and on the hunt.
