Sometimes a movie comes along that leaves you scratching your head due to the sheer awesomeness, and ridiculousness, of it all. That’s the feeling you get after checking out the trailer for the upcoming Russian action/horror/sci-fi extravaganza NIGHT FIGHTER. It looks amazing… it also looks like a giant WTF?

If you’re into movies that feature chainsaws and pickaxes, rollerblading hotties and short skirts, and the random video game style monster/baddies/zombies… well, then, NIGHT FIGHTER is definitely for you!

The trailer, which you can check out below, is all in Russian so I couldn’t even tell you with any sort of accuracy as to what the flock this thing is about, but I can say that it involves a chick who can kick ass while on roller blades and who’s into playing shoot ’em up video games, and some dude who can swing around a chainsaw. There’s even some doggystyle action there just in case you get bored. If this flick doesn’t get you excited and leave you somewhat perplexed, I don’t know what will!
