Last week we shared the news that Guy Pearce and Mia Wasikowska had signed on for director Martin Koolhoven's thriller BRIMSTONE, and now Screen Daily is reporting that Pearce's THE ROVER co-star Robert Pattinson and "Game of Thrones" actress Carice Van Houten have joined the growing cast.
We still don't know much about BRIMSTONE other than the film will follow…
…a heroine on the run from her past and a diabolical preacher.
Robert Pattinson will play an outlaw.
N279 Entertainment is producing the film, with shooting slated to commence in May.
Embankment has launched the film at Berlin's EFM, and Embankment co-founder Tim Haslam shared a little bit about the film, stating…
“Guy Pearce plays a hunter who unleashes hell. Martin directs a highly emotional, gripping and unique story of a mesmerising woman who battles the vengeance of a zealot.”
I'm definitely intrigued to learn more about this one. We'll keep you updated on more details as we hear it.
