It's been some time since anything BRAVE related has come to our attention. Today three new photos have surfaced online.

Our new redheaded princess and her family are all seen in the photos. There's also one of the three lords of the land. I'm pretty excited to see this movie. We need another redhead to add to the princess list. Ariel will always be numero uno but a fierce Scot lady will be a nice addition. Check out the photos below.

Synopsis: "Merida (voice of Kelly Macdonald) is a skilled archer and impetuous daughter of King Fergus (Billy Connolly) and Queen Elinor (Emma Thompson). Determined to carve her own path in life, Merida defies an age-old custom sacred to the uproarious lords of the land: massive Lord MacGuffin (Kevin McKidd), surly Lord Macintosh (Craig Ferguson) and cantankerous Lord Dingwall (Robbie Coltrane). Merida’s actions inadvertently unleash chaos and fury in the kingdom, and when she turns to an eccentric old Witch (Julie Walters) for help, she is granted an ill-fated wish. The ensuing peril forces Merida to discover the meaning of true bravery in order to undo a beastly curse before it’s too late."

In the last picture, the guy on the right is named Lord Macintosh according to the text beneath it. Nice little nod to Steve Jobs. Way to go Pixar. Also really looking forward to this movie. I love Pixar, especially when they're making new original stuff, although even their sequels are pretty damn good. Nothing like originality though. One of the few studios in Hollywood that still has it.

Craig Ferguson is the man. Easily the funniest late night talk show host on television. Movie looks good, but seems way out there.

Looks like PixAsterix. It's fantastic to see Pixar using their incredibly expanding abilities for some atmospheric mediaeval fantasy. Love those Scottish faces.

Very nice

I get the feeling that Pixar is putting a LOT into this one. I'm seeing quite a bit of creativity in the stills we've seen so far, and I'm thinking this will be a visually spectacular film, more so than the Pixar standard we've come to expect.
