Now that his Batman days are over, Christian Bale must find other projects to whet his appetite.

It looks like Todd Field's adaptation of Boston Teran's novel THE CREED OF VIOLENCE will do the trick. Currently the actor is in negotiations to star in the film.

The novel depicts, "the 1910 Mexican revolution via the gun sights of an unlikely duo: small-time assassin Rawbone and John Lourdes, a young Bureau of Investigation agent. The two are forced to work together to infiltrate the Mexican criminal underground, encountering thieves, smugglers and professional killers. Bale is in the early stages of negotiating a deal to play Rawbone. It is no sure thing that a deal will close."

Field (LITTLE CHILDREN) will helm as well as adapt the screenplay.

Producers would like to start production in early 2013 in both the American Southwest and parts of Mexico.

Nolan Is A Smart Guy..

He made sure that he incorparated into the script that Superman (or any Super Being for that matter) could go no where near Gotham while Bane was holding that trigger. Smart.. Very Smart. Nolan is a cryptic eccentric human being who pretty much does what he wants. He said no Robin ever and we got Robin throughout the entire film, just with no costume. He does shit his way because he knows that a few of us geeks are fucking retarded. He said that this was the end of Batman and that's that, and

He does shit his way because he knows that a few of us geeks are fucking retarded. He said that this was the end of Batman and that's that, and then leaves the movie wide fucking open for a sequel. He said he wants nothing to do with Justice League but he's producing Man Of Steel. He's toying with us and I love it. Evreybody (especially Warner) knows you cannot do a Justice League without Christian Bale. The main reason Marvel Phase One worked was because of Robert Downey Junior's dedication to the Character which is the foundation of Phase One. That, with the fact that it was based in Reality and gradually elevated to the Supernatural made it that much better. Reality is only what we know exist and in the comics Batman lives in a world filled with Super Beings and that's what always made him special (IronMan too). Outside of his routine Detective work in Gotham, he would mingle with these God-Like Beings that could crush him in a blink of an eye. But he was always one step ahead of them. Bat Man, like Nolan is a Very Very Smart guy. Wait till the Man Of Steel credits. Nolan has got something up his sleeve.

So the KILLING PABLO will never happen, huh?

Anyway, movie sounds very interesting, like a late Mexican western. More Bale is always a good thing, looking forward to it.
