Cool Videos: God’s Eye View

Movie clip montages are a plenty on the web, but what really makes one work and stand out is in its use of music.

YouTuber ‘Editcadet’ has assembled a very good collection of overhead angle shots from nice helping of films (extra points for using stuff from before 1980), but what clinches it for me is his use of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ ‘Down Boy’. Perfect song choice, and it just helps propel the imagery forward so well.
