Explosions, Kelsey Grammer, and logos with claws on the set of Transfomers 4!

Aug. 28, 2013by: Niki Stephens

If you were in search of explosions, Kelsey Grammer, Stanley Tucci, or more evidence pointing towards dinobots then you have come to the right place. All these things were found on the set of TRANSFORMERS 4 while filming recently at Chicago's Millennium Park.

A photo of a hat on one of the crew members shows the T4 logo with claw marks on it. Do vehicles make claw marks? No. Do dinobots? Yes they do. I'm glad we got that cleared up. There's also a leaked toy list from Toys R Us that clearly shows that the dinobots will be the focus for their 2014 toy campaign.

There are a few videos of running and explosions. Nothing new for those who have seen a Michael Bay film. The one with the cars being turned over is pretty cool. There's one focused on Grammer's first appearance on set and also shows a shot of some propaganda posters.

TRANSFORMERS 4 will tear into theaters on June 27, 2014.

Check out all the explosive stuff below!

Poor, poor Kelsey.

Bay has pretty much conspired to ruin the credibility of everybody who was ever in a Coen Brothers movie, so I'll take slight comfort in that he cast Frasier instead of Michael Stuhlbarg.

Wait....

So does that mean a Stretch Armstrong and Candy Land movie are in the works? I really hope those are animated. Candy Land starring Sly Stallone and Mylie Cyrus. haha

Don't fight it, just turn off your Brain.

I'm not expecting Gladiator or anything, as long as I get something between Transformers 1 and Dark of the Moon quality I'll be happy. I just want to see some Giant Robots fighting Giant Robot Dinosaurs (with maybe Mark Walberg riding a robot T-Rex) and a Supermodel in slo-mo with a giant explosion behind her. Lets all cross our fingers that they phase out Shia's character in the first 5min by Bumble Bee accidently sitting on him.

Let us a take a moment to remember what Michael Bay did to John Malkovich and Frances McDormand in Dark of the Moon. And John Tuturro, too.

I'm excited to see what is in store for the next film. so many people hate on these movies, but I enjoyed them all. I'm sure I'll get some thumbs down but I don't care.

I'm going to get a ton of thumbs down for this not like I give a shit, but I'm looking forward to this. I enjoyed the first and third Transformers and even found the 2nd one mildly entertaining. Michael Bay knows how to do blockbusters, I'll turn my brain off and enjoy this. Although, after I will probably have to turn my brain on and watch a movie that makes me think.

Finally, someone who doesn't just hate on everything, especially without even seeing the project. Thank you, ThunderStorm, for awhile there I thought I was going to have to start putting Xanex in the water supply. These movies aren't Oscar gold. They are intended to be mind numbing, explosion filled, giant fighting robot movies.

Tuturro should kill his because I used to really think he was good. It's like he took classes to be that bad!

Kelsey Grammer and Stalney Tucci just happen to be two of my favorite actors... ever. I still can't believe that they're attached to this [expletive deleted] project. Here's hoping it surprises us all by being at least half-decent.
