Fat, hairy Batman

Earlier this morning a mysterious package showed up. Inside was a sealed black bag and inside was a newspaper (a hard copy of The Gotham Times), a typed note and a Batman mask. The note said as follows:

The authorities are after us, so we had to be a little secretive about our hide-out. We know you’re someone we can trust, so we’ve made it easy for you:
