While we're a little ways away, the conclusion to THE HUNGER GAMERS saga hits this November and the final film will see Panem in a full scale war as Katniss goes off on a mission with the unit from District 13 as they stage an assassination attempt on President Snow. It looks like all the stops are being pulled out as Francis Lawrence's THE HUNGER GAMES: MOCKINGJAY – PART 2 will be hitting theaters in IMAX. While the film wasn't actually shot in that format (a la various scenes of INTERSTELLAR), it will be digitally remastered, taking advantage of clearer picture and sound. They are going the 3D route as well so take heed if that's not your bag, baby.

Also on the docket is The Hunger Games: The Exhibition. Starting July 1st, this traveling exhibition will immerse fans in themed environments, hundreds of authentic costumes and props, and highly interactive digital and hands-on experiences that will allow visitors to step inside and explore the world of Panem as created by the films. Say what you will about the movies, but the set and costume design is pretty spot-on and may be worth a look if it hits your area. Or, ya know, if you know someone that's a HUGE Hunger Games fan. That'll earn you some points!

THE HUNGER GAMES: MOCKINGJAY – PART 2 hits theaters November 20, 2015.
