Man it seems like forever between now and this April when KICK-ASS finally hits theaters. The film is getting such universally positive buzz, my only concern is whether Lionsgate can mitigate any backlash and keep it all rolling for the next four months. So far they've been doing well with a slow roll-out of material and today brings us another teaser poster.

While the first poster focused on Kick-Ass himself, this one puts Red Mist in the forefront. What strikes me is that Lionsgate is so confident, they don't even need to put the title of the film on this poster. Love it. Click below to see the full image over at AICN!

I had an idea for a movie like Kick Ass years ago. I was considerably less violant and more low key though. Still, it looks amazing and way better than anything I ever came up with.

McLovin was the only part of Superbad worth watching...or rewatching

This actually art imitating life imitating art. There really are people out there dress up a giving themselves names and trying to fight crime doing citizens arrest and so forth.

Am I the only one who doesn't really care for Chris Mintz-plasse?
I don't see what's so appealing about him, he was ok in Superbad, but I think it was more the writing that made the character then him.

I'm not really a fan of all the superhero films of the past few years but I understand this is more of a parody than anything. Hopefully it's got more potential than something like Blankman...
