Sin City: A Dame To Kill For gets a release date and confirms a returning star

Jessica Alba will be returning to Frank Miller's universe in SIN CITY: A DAME TO KILL FOR alongside Rosario Dawson and Mickey Rourke. The sequel also now has a confirmed release date of October 4, 2013.

A press release from The Weinstein Company and Dimension Films indicates we may be hearing more casting news in the very near future. Since we started hearing official news that the sequel had begun production a month ago, news has been coming every few days. With Rodriguez keeping a tight seal on news about the movie, I think we can expect some nice surprises out of this one.

It doesn't make sense: Hell and back is about double or triple the size of any other books that's been done in the first movie and booze broads and bullets is a series of many short stories, wich would make no sense at all in a full lenght movie including two other long stories

My local comic book shop has the giant Sin City poster of Alba up on the wall by the door. Her eyes are crossed. It's at once both the most hilarious thing, and most boner-killing I've ever seen. And that's her real eyes. She has a lazy eye. I honestly wish they would have gotten someone different for Nancy.
