With Civil War now in theaters, we thought we'd take a look back at Marvel's first attempt at an ensemble film – 2012's THE AVENGERS from director Joss Whedon and starring Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Samuel L. Jackson, and Tom Hiddleston. While we hate to nitpick a film that brings us so much joy, it's all in good fun and they sure made us do our homework to even make a fuss about. Assemble!
