Scream Queens 2!

Last Updated on July 26, 2021

I had a true blast with VH1’s “Scream Queens” last year, the show that sought out the next generation of babes lookin’ to get bloody in our favorite genre. (The winner, Tanedra Howard, snatched up a role in SAW VI.) How can you not dig a series that saw James Gunn directing half-naked chicks as they got a bucket of roaches dumped on them. or that had a snarky, unamused Shawnee Smith constantly undercutting the fresh-faced contestants with her withering comments. It was pure, trashy entertainment.

So it’s only natural that I’m thrilled to read that VH1 is bringing the show back for a second season. And guess what?! It’s casting now! Any one of ARROW IN THE HEAD’s beautiful fangirls can apply – if you’re over 21, of course. Just head on over HERE to learn the deets!

Here’s a bit of the press release:

Are you an actress dreaming of a once in a lifetime shot at a career on the big screen? Do you have what it takes to handle intense, one-on-one mentoring with a major film director? Would you like training from one of the most celebrated acting coaches in Hollywood? In short, are you ready to be a star?

VH1, in association with Lionsgate (the studio behind such horror blockbusters as SAW and HOSTEL) is NOW CASTING beautiful, confident, tenacious, uninhibited actresses who are ready for stardom and will stop at nothing to get it.

Ten lucky women will be chosen to compete in the second season of VH1’s SCREAM QUEENS. One will win a breakout role in a theatrically-released Lionsgate horror film.
