The JoBlo Sunday Night Movie Chat: Halloween II

This is it folks! That’s right, this week we celebrate the first anniversary of The JoBlo Sunday Night Movie Chat! It has been one hell of a ride this past year and I’m sure the next year will be even better. As you have probably heard by now, The JoBlo Sunday Night Movie Chat and The JoBlo Movie Podcast are teaming up to celebrate this special occasion. This week, we are chatting about the subject of their upcoming commentary, Rick Rosenthal’s Halloween II!

For the past year, yours truly has been hosting The JoBlo Sunday Night Movie Chat every Sunday night at 7pm EST. We’ve chatted about many awesome flicks such as The Evil Dead, Romero’s Dawn of the Dead, Jaws, and Cabin in the Woods. It’s a great opportunity to discuss the flicks we all love with your fellow schmoes. Opinions will be shared. Thoughts will be provoked. Plenty of laughs will be had by all!

All you need to do is head to OUR CHATROOM at 7pm EST and make sure to log in with your MFC username. You are encouraged to bring up comments or questions about the movie at hand, or feel free to just hang out and and see what everyone else is chatting about. The regulars are extremely friendly people that will definitely make you feel welcome. And believe me, they are very, very cool schmoes.

And please remember this. Be respectful of others and their opinions during the chat. It’s great to have multiple opinions of movies in the chat. I love that. What I don’t love is for people to be insulted or badmouthed about their opinions. Directly insulting someone will not be put up with.

Man, it’s hard to believe I’ve been hosting this for a year already! Sunday has become my favorite day of the week and The JoBlo Sunday Night Movie Chat is the reason why! We have had a hell of a lot of fun over the past year. It’s only going to get better from here on out! Halloween II is the perfect movie to celebrate with. It is a direct continuation of the original after all. The fact that it is the final chat of the Halloween season makes it all the more fitting. Whether you want to join the celebration or you just love Halloween II, then you will definitely want to join us this Sunday at 7 pm EST!
