We got wind of a little horror flick early in the pre-production process this morning, and decided to spread the word as its two first teaser posters are pretty cool, making this puppy one to watch out for.
Written, directed, and starring Brandon Slagle, 15 TILL MIDNIGHT goes a little something like this: Lukas Reyes seems to have finally found contentment. However, the morning after his two-year anniversary with the “perfect girl”, he awakes to find that she has completely vanished from his life. Soon it becomes more apparent that there may be more to her disappearance than it seems as strange events begin surrounding him. Time seems to begin overlapping as he finds himself caught in an endless paradox that drives him to the brink of sanity as his world morphs from tranquilic to nihilistic.
Is he loosing his flippin’ mind, or is there more going on here than that? Whatever it is, I can get on board this beast, as the potential is definitely there to rock our socks off. Plus, these two new teaser posters are trippin’ me out big time!
Slagle and his team are currently scouting locations in New York and Los Angeles, with hopes to start filming in April. As Slagle puts it, 15 TILL MIDNIGHT combines science fiction, horror, mystery, and action – the plot itself is more or less what happens when Phillip K. Dick hosts an orgy on the set of 28 Days Later with Alfred Hitchcock and Jason Bourne in the mix.
