Three new pics from TRANSFORMERS: DARK OF THE MOON have made their way online today, courtesy of SpoilerTV and Collider. They don’t, however, feature any of the titular robotic aliens, but they do showcase the three hallmarks of a Michael Bay movie: Explosions with large fireballs, general chaoticness, and hot chicks you’d like to bone. The man is certainly his own brand of auteur.

Synopsis: The Autobots – Bumblebee, Ratchet, Ironhide and Sideswipe – led by Optimus Prime, are back in action, taking on the evil Decepticons who are determined to avenge their prior defeat. In this new film, the Autobots and Decepticons become involved in a perilous space race between the U.S. and Russia, and once again human Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf) has to come to the aid of his robot friends. There are new characters too, including a new villain in the form of Shockwave, a longtime ‘Transformers’ character who rules Cybertron while the Autobots and Decepticons battle it out on Earth.
