When Scream Factory has to deliver bad news, they certainly know how to sweeten the deal. They recently announced on Facebook that their Blu-Ray release of Wes Craven's voodoo zombie flick THE SERPENT AND THE RAINBOW has been pushed to early 2016, but in penance they have released the rad new key art by Joel Robinson.
They've also hinted at some cool new features, citing the reason for the delay as:
We are accommodating important talent we have approached for bonus materials. We certainly want to make this the best package ever!

They have yet to reveal who this VIP talent is, but with a movie containing both Wes Craven and Bill Pullman, this can only be good news.
THE SERPENT AND THE RAINBOW is often one of Craven's overlooked works, but it seems like Scream Factory is treating it with the tender loving care it deserves. Check out the complete psychedelic artwork below!
