FX is no joke when it comes to marketing their anthology series “American Horror Story”, and with “Freak Show” nearing us with its October 8th premiere date, you can expect to be seeing plenty of creepy goods from the show from here on out. Today, we have our first legit teaser for the fourth season of “American Horror Story” in which some sort of puppet opens its hand with a ticket to the “Freak Show” inside. If these teasers are anything like the ones we saw for “Coven”, then I can only assume this is the first of many and it's only going to get weirder as we get close to the premiere date. Bring it, FX!

Speaking of a premiere date, “American Horror Story: Freak Show” will land in your living room on Wednesday, October 8th at 10 PM ET/PT.

American Horror Story: Freak Show begins its tale in the quiet, sleepy hamlet of Jupiter, Florida. The year is 1952. A troupe of curiosities has just arrived to town, coinciding with the strange emergence of a dark entity that savagely threatens the lives of townsfolk and freaks alike. This is the story of the performers and their desperate journey of survival amidst the dying world of the American carny experience.

Jessica Lange, Kathy Bates, Angela Bassett, Frances Conroy, Sarah Paulson, Emma Roberts, Gabourey Sidibe and Evan Peters return. New cast includes Michael Chiklis, Wes Bentley, John Carroll Lynch, Finn Wittrock, Patti LaBelle and the world’s smallest living woman, Jyoti Amge.
