House of Fallen, starring Corbin Bernsen, hits DVD this month

This is the first I’m hearing about HOUSE OF FALLEN, but as it comes out on DVD in a few weeks, I figured it’s now a good time to show it some love. The horror flick about angels on earth stars Corbin Bersen (The Dentist!) and C. Thomas Howell. Looks like it’s an anthology held together by a connecting thread, always a favorite subgenre of mine.

The synopsis: The Watchers, a group of fallen angels, walk amongst the earth disguised as humans, torturing their vessels. In the hunt for prophetic truth, three strangers are put on trial for their past sins, and are forced to fight for survival in the face of an ancient evil. But in the war between heaven and hell, how do you kill what is already dead?
