Just in time for Halloween, Universal Home Entertainment and Turner Classic Moivies (TCM) are joining forces to bring you (yes, YOU!) a crapload of old and classic horror movies that have never been released on DVD… until now!
Through TCM.com and the TCM Vault come a number of new DVDs that you can now own, including MURDERS IN THE ZOO (1933), MAD DOCTOR OF MARKET STREET (1942), THE STRANG CASE OF DR. RX (1942), THE MAD GHOUL (1943), and HOUSE OF HORRORS (1946).
And those are just the flicks becoming available in time for Halloween. In the upcoming months, the TCM Vault is prepared to release even more flicks, though none of which have such a heavy horror tone to them.
This is basically a dream come true to fans of the ol’ Black and White horror flims from the 30s and 40s. I’m more akin to the B&W of the 50s myself, but to each their own. With a title like HOUSE OF HORRORS and THE MAD GHOUL, how can you go wrong?
