Danning does Halloween?

Chicks with guns. And rifles, too.

Looks as though the story we ran yesterday wouldn’t be the only instance of Sybil Danning and Rob Zombie hooking up, as Bloody-Disgusting received word that Danning is yet another personality that has joined the HALLOWEEN remake express.

According to B-D, Danning is suspected as being cast as Dr. Loomis’ (aka Malcolm McDowell’s) wife. The cast already includes Tyler Mane, Daeg Faerch, Heather Bowen, Pat Skipper, Dee Wallace Stone, Sheri Moon Zombie, William Forsythe, Ken Foree, Danielle Harris, Adrienne Barbeau, Clint Howard, Courtney Gains, Daryl Sabara and Brad Dourif, so why not add one more?

With all these names being thrown into the mix, could it be Zombie compensating for lack of cameos by original cast and crew? Perhaps, though I’m still holding out for Carpenter or Jamie Lee Curtis to make an appearance (especially Curtis, who has stated she’s stepped away from filming to be with her family for now). Stay tuned.
