This next piece of news is courtesy of the IMDB, so you know how accurate it may/may not be. According to the site, there are some new rumoured cast additions to the follow-up to 2005’s BOOGEYMAN. Potentially, the cast consists of David Gallagher (NUMB3RS), Renée O’Connor (DARKMAN 2), Michael Graziadei, Angela Sarafyan, Danielle Savre (‘Heroes’), Johnny Simmons and Mae Whitman.
Again, this is to be taken with a grain of salt for now, as the film is set to hit next year, and will centre on a young woman with a long-term phobia of the boogeyman, who voluntarily checks herself into a mental health facility with the hope of conquering her overwhelming fears. However, much to her horror, she discovers that some things are terrifying on purpose, and confronting her demons was not the best course of action.
