Behind the trailer

The Bay (Anchor Bay Entertainment, that is) today released a new website for their horror mockumentary flick BEHIND THE MASK: THE RISE OF LESLIE VERNON, complete with a new trailer for the film, which hits theatres (limited, mind you) on February 14th.

The site isn’t much to look at, since all it really is is the trailer and the synopsis for the film overlaying a shot of Leslie (played by Nathan Baesel), but as they say, ‘less is more’ sometimes. As for the trailer itself, it’s an ingenious one where the first part plays out like a slaher film trailer, then in the middle it turns into a documentary, then flips back to a slasher/documentary hybrid. Very cool!
