The folks over at Showtime are
really getting into the horror spirit. Along with their continuing Masters of
Horror series, they’ve also given us gore fans to love with a little show called
DEXTER.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with this show, it’s simply about a man who
wants to do the right thing; and for him, the right thing is killing bad people.
Dexter, played by Michael C.
Hall, is a forensic blood expert who also just happens to be a serial killer.
Except that Dexter only kills those who are are themselves killers and
murderers. When he was young his father discovered that Dexter had these
homicidal tendencies, and instead of trying to stop them, he decided to teach
Dexter how to use them against others.
The series is based on the Dexter Morgan character created by novelist Jeff
Lindsey, and like the books, the show’s pretty cool.

time the episode is on because for whatever reason the Showtime website can only
be accessed for those within the U.S. (Which has got to be the worst concept
