Universal Kids Digital Studio has launched Universal Monster Tots, a new short-form animated series that reimagines iconic monsters as toddlers learning important lessons about friendship, teamwork, sharing, and caring. The first two episodes of Universal Monster Tots are now available to watch on the Universal Jr. YouTube channel, with new episodes premiering weekly. The series follows four young monsters (Elle, Frankie, Woof, and Vinnie) as they play, learn, and embark on adventures inside their spooky playhouse. According to the official synopsis:

Monster Tots is based on characters from the classic Universal Monsters universe, but instead of battling heroes or terrorizing unsuspecting victims, these pint-sized versions are learning the basics of getting along with others.

The concept comes directly from Universal Kids Digital Studio.
Rather than serving as traditional horror, Universal Monster Tots is positioned as a gateway series for young fans, using the familiar Universal Monsters to teach childhood values through short, playful adventures.
