An apocalyptic event spreads lies and paranoia in How It Ends trailer

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

As a mysterious apocalypse causes the spread of misinformation and violence, a man and his estranged father-in-law race across a chaotic and fractured country to save his pregnant wife in HOW IT ENDS, an upcoming thriller from director David M. Rosenthal.

Written by Brooks McLaren and produced by Paul Schiff, Tai Duncan, Kelly McCormick and Patrick Newall, HOW IT ENDS paints a grim picture of what happens when a mysterious event gives the middle finger to humankind by conjuring a storm of untold destruction.

How far would you be willing to go to save the ones you love from complete and total carnage? Who can you trust if not the armed forces who've sworn to protect and serve in the face of danger? Where do the lies end and when does the promise of a better, safer tomorrow truly begin?

HOW IT ENDS stars Theo James, Forest Whitaker, and Kat Graham, among others. Set to bring the apocalypse to Netflix on July 13th, HOW IT ENDS looks to deliver pulse-pounding action amidst a stark reality where an oncoming mushroom cloud isn't the worst thing hurtling over the horizon.
