Arnold Schwarzenegger choking PSA with Jimmy Kimmel could help you save lives

Arnold Schwarzenegger, choking, PSA, Jimmy Kimmel Live

Arnold Schwarzenegger is one of the biggest stars in Hollywood, and when he speaks, people listen. Throughout his storied career, Schwarzenegger has taught us many lessons. He’s showed us how to pull a tracking device from our brain, how to punch a charging alligator in the snout, and how to manage kindergarteners without going insane. Now he’s ready to teach us how to save lives thanks to a new PSA that teaches you the Heimlich maneuver. The Arnold Schwarzenegger choking PSA arrives courtesy of Jimmy Kimmel Live, which you can watch using the player below.

In the Arnold Schwarzenegger choking PSA, Arnold pretends to choke while Kimmel demonstrates how to perform a Heimlich maneuver. As Schwarzenegger postulates wildly and frantically pleads for Kimmel to get his act together, the late-night host takes his sweet time saving the day. In the end, Schwarzenegger demonstrates how you can save yourself from choking if you’re alone by pressing his mid-section into the back of a nearby chair. The video is informative, even if it is woefully unfunny.

Schwarzenegger has been gearing up for the production of Triplets, the long-rumored sequel to Twins. The plot reunites Schwarzenegger (Julius) with his twin brother Vincent (Danny DeVito), with Tracy Morgan playing the third brother they never knew they had. Ivan Reitman, who passed away earlier this month, was supposed to direct. Now that he’s gone, the status of the project remains unknown.
