Screen Daily has updated the list of ten directors who are on board the horror anthology PARIS, I”LL KILL YOU, which imagines Paris in different horror contexts. We last wrote about the flick in November of 2010, and things have been shaken up in the interim.
According to the site, the film will see contributions from horror hounds David R. Ellis (THE FINAL DESTINATION), Xavier Gens (THE DIVIDE), Joe Dante (GREMLINS), Christian Alvart (PANDORUM), Christopher Smith (BLACK DEATH), Paco Plaza ([REC]), Timo Vuorensola (IRON SKY), Eron Sheean (ERRORS OF THE HUMAN BODY), Jorn Heitmann (Rammstein: Lichtspielhaus) and duo Bjorn Stein and Mans Marlind (UNDERWORLD: AWAKENING).
A few of the originally announced directors, including Vincenzo Natali and Ryuhei Kitamura, appear to have dropped out.
Instinctive Film and Blind Spot Pictures are producing the chopped-up horrorshow, while K5 has just boarded international sales. Casting is expected to begin very soon.
Producer Darryn Welch said: “The stories are wildly unique and original. We have assembled a world class VFX and production team and pioneers in viral marketing so there will be a huge online community from the start.”
