
Blue Underground is a reliable source for quality DVD editions of cult films, and now they are marking their territory in the Blu-ray market. The company has announced plans for some of their 2011 releases, including a few exciting titles.
February 22nd will see Dario Argento’s INFERNO get a special edition DVD and Blu-ray treatment. Harry Kümel’s Belgian erotic vampire film DAUGHTERS OF DARKNESS will arrive on Blu-ray the same day. Argento’s DEEP RED will hit special edition DVD and Blu-ray on April 26. Armand Weston’s THE NESTING will make its North American DVD debut on May 31st.
Also on the slate for summer/fall with dates to be determined are Argento’s THE CAT O’ NINE TAILS on Blu-ray and Lucio Fulci’s ZOMBIE and THE HOUSE BY THE CEMETERY on special edition DVD and Blu-ray.
