Dushku’s Mapplethorpe

JoBloJoBlo

Eliza Dushku will co-produce a movie about the life of photographer Robert Mapplethorpe, the late photographer who caused massive controversy with his controversial homoerotic work. He died of AIDS in 1989 aged 42. Dushku’s brother Nate will play the lead role. “Nate physically has an uncanny resemblance to Robert,” Dushku said. “Some pictures are really eerie.”

Hopefully this means that Eliza Dushku will get on screen as some freaky art chick at some point. That chick is so hot I swear one time I was watching BRING IT ON and she morphed, for a split-second, into a unicorn with hair made of pure sunshine and delight. My girlfriend claims it never happened, but she also claimed I routinely fail to satisfy her so I think we can all agree her judgment is compromised.
