Thanks to Lionsgate, Drew Goddard (CLOVERFIELD) and Joss Whedon’s loooooong-delayed THE CABIN IN THE WOODS – a reportedly fresh and awesome horror film sporting a really smart script – will finally be seeing a theatrical release.
Today, the guys at Bloody-Disgusting have revealed the first ever still image from the film, depicting a pre-THOR (and pre-STAR TREK) Chris Hemsworth looking like a handsome spring chicken. Check it out below!
THE CABIN IN THE WOODS – starring Hemsworth, Kristen Connolly, Anna Hutchinson, Fran Kanz, Jesse Williams, Bradley Whitford, and Richard Jenkins – is rumored to possibly be opening this October, though no official word on a release date has yet been given. Hopefully we’ll find out soon.
