Tom Botchii's feature film debut ARTIK held it's world premieres at Popcorn Frights Film Fest this past week and hits theatres, VOD, and Blu-ray next month. And today Epic Pictures and DREAD have unleashed the key art and a brand new trailer. The ominous key art comes from celebrated sci-fi and fantasy artist Christopher Shy, whose credits include the iconic poster design for Panos Cosmatos' MANDY.
The film tells the tale of
A comic book obsessed serial killer who teaches his son how to get away with a series of brutal murders until the boy befriends a mysterious man who threatens to expose everything.
ARTIK is the feature debut from Tom Botchii and stars Chase Williamson (John Dies at the End, Beyond The Gates), Lauren Ashely Carter (Jug Face, Imitation Girl), Matt Mercer (Contracted), Gavin White (Black-ish, 14 Cameras) and Jerry G Angelo (7 Faces of Jack the Ripper). The film is produced by Angelo, Botchii, in addition to Kodi Saint Angelo and Erik Bernard. It hits US theatres on September 6th, and on VOD/Blu-ray on September 10th.
