Hellboy 2 poster

MTV have gotten their hands on a sweet limited edition HELLBOY 2 movie poster. I really love how we’ve seen some comic book movie posters from the Con and they’ve been in the style of the original comic (like THIS). Truthfully, I’m not sure how successful they’ll be, and if I was a studio head, I’d have a reserve poster with Ron Perlman’s ugly mug slapped on the front ready to go, but damn I like these things. The poster was illustrated by HELLBOY creator Mike Mignola.

Underachiever Guillermo Del Toro is back for the sequel, as is the majority of the cast of the original, including Perlman, Selma Blair and Doug Jones (‘Abe Sapien’). In THE GOLDEN ARMY, the mythical world (which apparently includes a bunch of elves and fairies and shit) starts a rebellion against humanity in order to rule the Earth, so Hellboy and his team must save the world from the rebellious creatures.
