It seems like Hammer Films’ latest supernatural horror flick THE QUIET ONES just found its leading man in Jared Harris (SHERLOCK HOLMES: A GAME OF SHADOWS, THE WARD).
According to Deadline, the British actor will portray “a charismatic but controversial professor whose methods lead his students off the grid for a dangerous experiment to create a poltergeist”.
THE QUIET ONES will be directed by John Pogue (QUARANTINE 2). Tom DeVille penned the original script, with revisions by Craig Rosenberg, Oren Moverman and Pogue himself. Filming begins in the UK this June.
No word on other casting decisions so far. We’ll keep you posted as the film moves into production.
