How’s this for a powerhouse ensemble: Mena Suvari (AMERICAN BEAUTY), Brian Austin Green (“Beverly Hills 90210”) and Zack Ward (A CHRISTMAS STORY, POSTAL)! The trio will be featured in an upcoming thriller titled THE LAST STOP, from director Travis Oates. A promo poster for the film has popped up online; you can see it to the right.
Here’s the plot:
Ten people arrive at a secluded mountain resort to find it completely deserted. With no gas for the return trip, the visitors are forced to stay and investigate the mystery surrounding the abandoned lodge.
Another riff on the old “Ten Little Indians” scenario? Most likely…
THE LAST STOP also stars Joanne Kelly, Robert Picardo, Fiona Gubelmann, David de Lautour and Leif Gantvoort. No release date has been set yet.
