New featurette for The Conjuring introduces you to the real Lorraine Warren

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

With THE CONJURING coming out next week (and getting rave reviews thus far), Warner Bros. has just released a featurette that introduces you to the real Lorraine Warren, whom Vera Farmiga plays in the film. Fascinating stuff, especially if you’re into the paranormal.

Before there was Amityville, there was Harrisville.

Based on a true story, “The Conjuring” tells the horrifying tale of how renowned paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren were called upon to help a family terrorised by a dark presence in a secluded farmhouse. Forced to confront a powerful demonic entity, the Warrens find themselves caught in the most terrifying case of their lives.

THE CONJURING, directed by James Wan, stars Patrick Wilson, Vera Farmiga, Lili Taylor, MacKenzie Foy, Joey King and Ron Livingston. It opens on July 19th.
